Hello Friends and Family....

May is PKU Awareness month, (Phenalkentonoria) a metabolic disorder which the body can not break down protein. And Mark Hauck from the south shore is walking across the state of Massachusetts to raise money for PKU Research and to raise money for
NECPAD (New England Connections for PKU and Allied Disorders) www.necpad.org
He will begin his walk in Great Barrington, MA on Thursday May 21st 2009 and end it at Boston's Children's Hospital on Sunday May 24th 2009 about noontime or so, where the PKU Research Clinic is. A Total of 134 miles.
Even if it is only $1.00 I am asking you to consider donating to his cause.
Every baby born in the USA since 1964 is tested at birth for PKU. About 1 in 40,000 test positive. Please help us raise money for a NECPAD and PKU Research.
