Wind Farm Weather Folklore

By Brandon Butcher

This one is often useful in the eastern United States, but in other locations across the globe, it's utterly useless. This takes into account a prevailing wind pattern that happens to constantly come across a body of water or a source of moisture. In our case, it could be the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. Either way, it's a poetic way to say the obvious about moisture-laden air coming closer.
