(the “Company”) (TSX-V: “CRS”) is pleased to announce the closing of their fully subscribed six million unit Private Placement previously announced on June the 12, 2014. Each unit is comprised of one common share priced at 5 cents per share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at 7.5 cents for a two year period with an expiry date of August 19, 2016. Participants in this Private Placement will have a 4 month hold period on their securities.
The Company would also like to announce the resignation of Brian Dunning as a Director of the Company and thank him for his contributions.
