TORONTO, Aug. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Aroga Technologies Ltd. ("Aroga" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the company is under new ownership. Effective July 30th, 2014, Grove Bennett and Steven Barclay acquired Aroga from its previous owner & President of 28 years, Bob Vigerut.

Additionally, Aroga is pleased to announce the signing of a Canadian Master Distribution Agreement with Perkins School for the Blind (Perkins).
