The Pioneer Valley chapter of the American Red Cross announced that Kim Goulette took over as executive director Monday.
Goulette has more than 20 years' experience in nonprofit administration, and she currently serves as the executive director of Lorraine's Soup Kitchen and Pantry in Chicopee.
She replaces Rick Lee, who is retiring Aug. 6 after 30 years with the Red Cross.
