The woman who was pulled from the Connecticut River last week was identified as 35-year-old Rebecca Streeter, of Greenfield, according to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Streeter was last seen at her Greenfield home on Feb. 25, according to Mary Carey, communications director for the Northwestern District Attorney's Office.
The cause of Streeter's death remains under investigation by Greenfield and state police.
The investigation began when emergency crews were called to the riverside near Sunderland Bridge shortly before 7 p.m. on June 25.
