The Mass Mutual Center was the site of the 17th annual Rays of Hope Breast Cancer Survivors Day event.
About 200 women took part in the event, which included different vendors and workshops for the cancer survivors.
The keynote speaker was former WNBA player Edna Campbell, who is a breast cancer survivor herself.
"My message was simply to own your life experience and embracing what you've been through and using it as a tool to better yourself," said Campbell. "Just continue to live your dreams and be inspired in life, despite what you've been through."
Organizers said the biggest thing they wanted attendees to take away from Saturday's event was hope.
