RALEIGH, N.C. -

The weather has been ideal for exercising outside so far this spring.

This month, fun fitness classes are being offered outside at City Plaza in Raleigh. It's called "Shape Up Downtown" and it sounds great, right?

Even better than that, the classes are free.

All classes are offered Monday through Wednesday at 6 p.m. They include such exercises as body flow, which is a combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates.

Trainer Liz Sheffield visited the WNCN Today set on Thursday to show how to do some of the exercises.

You can check out the video for more information and an example of the exercises.
