Springfield's Community Police Hearing Board released an annual report Thursday morning detailing the complaints against the Springfield Police Department over the last two years.
The 92 complaints for 2013 and 86 in 2012 were filed after 173,000 calls for service to the police department those years.
Rudeness was the most common allegation in complaints filed by citizens for both years.
Of the complaints, 15 were sustained meaning the board found the allegations supported sufficient evidence to indicate the actions of the officers were improper.
In most of those cases, the board exonerated the officers involved.
