The annual Route 5 Rumble Cup was held Saturday afternoon at the Fitzpatrick Skating Arena.
The Holyoke Firefighters Hockey Club took on the West Springfield Firefighters Association in a charity hockey game.
The contest was open to the public and completely free of charge, but donations were encouraged.
This year's match benefited the Victory for Veterans organization and the Holyoke Soldiers' Home.
Event organizers said they were pleased with the support from the community for such a good cause.
In the end, West Springfield won the Rumble Cup for the fourth year in a row, beating the Holyoke firefighters 7-5.
