HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FL (WFLA) -

The elderly Highlands county woman who was arrested for feeding bears is in trouble once again.

In January, 81-year-old Mary Musselman was arrested after being repeatedly warned by wildlife officials to stop feeding bears.

Her attorney, William Fletcher, said it was discovered late last week that Musselman had been feeding birds. That was in violation of her probation.

Highlands County officials say Musselman was taken into custody Monday night..

Fletcher said Musselman will have an appearance in front of a Highlands County judge at around 8:15 Tuesday morning, where her mental state will be discussed.
