COLUMBIA, MD (CNN) - The mall in Maryland where a 19-year-old man shot and killed two people, then himself, reopened Monday afternoon.
A sign encourages people to lay a flower in the fountain and write a message in memory books in honor of the victims and their families.
Police say Darion Marcus Aguilar arrived at the mall in a taxi Saturday morning, went to a skateboard apparel shop, and opened fire on two workers.
Brianna Benlolo, 21, and Tyler Johnson, 25, were killed.
So far, law enforcement officials haven't determined a motive.
But a journal discovered at the shooter's home may explain why he did it.
While the mall reopened at 1 p.m. EST, the skateboard store reportedly will be closed indefinitely.
