Two motor vehicle charges against the widow of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev have been dismissed.
Katherine Russell was charged with driving with a suspended license, speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle in Franklin in August.
The suspended license and unregistered vehicle were dismissed.
Russell's lawyer said she was moving around a lot during a traumatic time in her life and may not have realized her license had been suspended.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev died following a shootout with police four days after the marathon bombing.
His brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial.
