Timothy Lynch stood before a judge Tuesday morning in Chicopee District Court.

He faces a range of charges including indecent assault and battery on a child 14 or over.

The criminal charges against him are laid out in court documents obtained by CBS 3.

In them, the 54-year-old is accused of fondling a 14-year-old male student.

The charges also contain allegations that Lynch asked for and received a nude photograph of the boy.

According to police records, the student says Lynch befriended him one day when we was waiting for a ride after school.

The documents contain further allegations that Lynch offered the student snacks, money, marijuana and a paid cell phone in exchange for sexual favors.

The boy is no longer a student at the high school.

The two were in contact for a year until this past November when Lynch was arrested after an investigation by police and the Hampden District Attorney's Office.

CBS 3 dug deeper into these documents and found there may be more victims.

They state Lynch would tell the student, "...he's done things with another student at Chicopee Comp HS who graduated this year."

The school has placed Lynch on paid leave pending an investigation.

During his appearance in court on Tuesday, Lynch asked the judge for more time while he continues to search for a lawyer.

She granted him that request.

He is due back in court on Feb. 4.
