TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson News Now has some new details on the three sisters held captive this morning.  Not only did the girls spend Christmas together, they received a special gift.

Singer Enrique Iglesias made their Christmas one they will not ever forget.  He sent the girls pictures from his "I Like How It Feels' album cover.  Iglesias also signed the covers and wrote a special message of love and hope to the girls.

Tucson Police say the girls received the gifts on Christmas Eve, and they were overjoyed and shocked.

Last month when the girls were found, TPD reported the oldest of the three girls had a satchel with a picture of Enrique Iglesias inside it, which the girl stated helped her get through her captivity.  Officials with TPD reached out to the pop star.  Iglesias said in fact he had heard about the case and told police he wanted to do something special for the girls.

The sisters are still in the custody of the state at this point.  Tucson Police are also reporting that Sophia and Fernando Richter held the girls captive in filthy conditions for up to two years.

The Richters face multiple charges including kidnapping and child abuse.  The two are expected back in court next month.
