NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Two men face burglary charges after Metro police say they were caught in the process of a burglary early Wednesday.

Officers pulled up to the Hair World on South Gallatin Pike right as the men were allegedly breaking in.

They tried to lure the suspects out, but both refused to leave the store, so police said they eventually had to send in a pair of K-9 officers.

The dogs helped apprehend Brian Wiseman, 29, and Acel Pope Jr., 31.

According to police, both are convicted felons. They were treated at a Nashville hospital for dog bites and are now charged with burglary.
