Peoria Public Safety Officer Amanda Jacinto said the expecting mom was in a vehicle that flipped about 4 a.m. Thursday on Olive Avenue.

The pregnant woman was taken to the hospital where she gave birth to her baby, who is doing well.

A 43-year-old man in the car was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
