MyGradPad was founded in 2012 to provide recent college graduates with complete transparency throughout the apartment rental process. By utilizing innovative scheduling software, MyGradPad acts as the tenet's representative, allowing clients to automatically schedule appointments online. It also allows users to input their individual housing needs, producing a more stream-lined search. From there, graduates can expect to see 7 to 10 apartments that fit their specific criteria. By signing up for a meeting with a rep on their website, customers will guarantee a discount of 20%-40% on broker fees that are required in cities like New York and Boston. In other cities like Miami, Chicago, or Dallas the broker's service is free to the renter and is paid by the building owner. MyGradPad also offers a roommate recommender service that will periodically notify clients about potential roommate candidates.
