Mobile design and development agency will enhance Celerity's web and mobile services
MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Celerity, a business acceleration consultancy that delivers enterprise web and mobile, business transformation and IT talent solutions, has acquired 3PC Media, a Pittsburgh-based digital agency specializing in mobile application development, user interface design and strategic branding.
