Baystate Franklin nurses will submit contract proposals in their standoff with Baystate Health on Thursday.
An arbitrator will try to find a resolution.
The nurses and Baystate have been in a two-year contract standoff.
The Massachusetts Nurses Association and Baystate have had 38 negotiating sessions since the old contract expired.
The nurses voted on Tuesday to go to the neutral party arbitrator to find a solution.
