According to officials, Hard Rock released that the company's most recent polling resulted with a "yes" vote.
Officials said the casino resort project in West Springfield had a dramatic bounce of support, now leading by a margin of 50 "yes" votes to 41 "no" votes with 9 percent of likely voters remaining undecided.

Officials said the poll, which was completed Aug. 16, had approximately 300 registered voters in West Springfield.
The poll measured voters for the likelihood of their voting in the Sept. 10 special election and reflects scientific demographic and geographic patterns in the community. The poll was conducted by Fallon Research, a national public opinion research organization, with offices in Columbus, OH and Washington, DC.
