Phoenix police were faced with a mystery after a man's body was found on a city street early Wednesday morning.
Police said the body was found on the curb near Southern Avenue and 16th Street about 4:30 a.m.
No cause of death could be determined and a police spokesman said the Maricopa County Medical Examiner would help determine the cause and whether foul play was involved.
The body had not been identified.
