Accused murderer Cara Rintala will remain in jail until the retrial for her wife's murder begins.
The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled today that Rintala will continue to be held without right to bail.
A judge refused to set a bail amount for Rintala during a hearing in March.
Rintala is being tried again in the death of her wife Annamarie Cochrane Rintala, whose body was found in their Granby home in March of 2010.
Rintala's first trial ended in a mistrial back in March and prosecutors decided to retry her.
A new trial date hasn't been scheduled yet.
