American currency is getting a slight makeover.
United States Secretary of Treasury Jack Lew will now have his signature featured on every new dollar bill.
The signature, which will first debut on $5 bills, are set to go into circulation this fall.
Lew had to alter his signature because his original was said to be illegible.
President Barack Obama has even asked Lew to work on his penmanship.
Lew's signature is required on each currency note in order to make it legal tender.
The process to transfer the secretary's signature onto bills takes about four and a half months.
