OAK BROOK, Ill., March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Crabtree Holdings, LLC ("Crabtree") today announced that it has closed on its acquisition of MTL Equity Products, Inc. ("MTLEP"), formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTL Holdings, Inc. ("MTLHI"), a holding company within the Mutual Trust Financial Group. As required by the stock purchase agreement the firm is now doing business as Brooklight Place Securities, Inc. ("BPSI")
