It’s been a little over two weeks since Beyoncé released tickets to her upcoming tour, yet search traffic for seats continues to surge, said Felina Martinez at BuyAnySeat.com. The tour, called The Mrs. Carter Show, is set for over 40 dates in Europe and North America.
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) February 27, 2013
Tickets to Beyoncé’s upcoming tour were released to the general public just over two weeks ago.
Yet search traffic for seats continues to hit extremely high volumes, according to Felina Martinez at online ticket marketplace BuyAnySeat.com.
Fans, of course, are not surprised. After all, Beyoncé brings 16 Grammy Awards and 88 million albums sold worldwide to the table, making her one of the best-selling music artists of all time. (Source: Billboard 10/21/2012)
The Houston-native also appears to still be benefiting from the buzz generated by her recent inaugural and Bowl halftime show appearances, which has added to the major search traffic ahead of her tour.
Currently set for 20 European and 22 North American dates, tickets are currently available in several European venues, including two shows in Paris at the Palais Omnisports – Bercy on April 24 and 25. The concert in Zurich, Switzerland on May 17, and two concerts in Germany on April 22 and April 24 still have seats available.
Beyoncé’s tour travels to Los Angeles on June 28 to start the North American leg of the tour. A concert in Las Vegas is scheduled for the following night. The tour then travels to San Jose, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Sunrise, Miami, Duluth, Nashville, Houston, Chicago, St. Paul, Auburn Hills, Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Charlotte, Washington D.C., and Uncasville. The wrap is scheduled at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on August 3, 2013.
“Beyoncé is riding a wave of high popularity right now,” said Felina Martinez at online ticket marketplace BuyAnySeat.com. “Many of her European dates are sold out completely. In addition, some of her shows are already close to being sold out, although we still have a great inventory of tickets to choose from, however.”
“In fact, we’re proud to be able to offer fans the most complete and continuously updated selection of tickets available, with a worry-free guarantee to protect their purchase,” said Martinez.

Beyoncé hit the mainstream in the 1990s as the lead singer of Destiny's Child, one of the world's best-selling girl groups in history. Since then, the star has had a very successful solo career and has been named as one of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time by VH1. (Source: wikipedia.com)
Recently, the star performed the American national anthem singing along with a pre-recorded track at President Barack Obama's second inauguration. Next she did the recent Super Bowl XLVII halftime show in New Orleans singing live. Following her show, she announced The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, set to open in Europe on April 15, 2013.
