Eat Well Foods has been selected as the official post-race food provider for the upcoming 2575 Triathlon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The 2575 Triathlon will be held March 17 at DC Alexander Park on Fort Lauderdale Beach, beginning at 6:30 am. Participants will swim .75k, bike 20k, and run 5k.

“We’ll be serving up 500 meals to participating athletes,” says Eat Well Owner/Chef Mark Lew. “We’ll be providing 400 meals of Chicken Veronique and 100 meals of Autumn Dal for the vegetarians in the group, accompanied by festive yellow rice with peas and sautéed green beans.”

Eat Well Foods delivers healthy made-from-scratch meals from South Miami-Dade to Boca Raton, and now ships frozen meals to anywhere in the continental United States.

Every Eat Well Foods meal is a balanced blend of protein, carbohydrate, and fat and conforms to the American Heart Association guidelines for healthy eating. Eat Well meals are cooked without preservatives, high-fructose corn syrup, or any canned ingredients. Instead, meals are cooked with premium wines, sherries, herbs and spices to bring out the natural flavors. All sauces and marinades are cooked from scratch to control the sodium content without compromising flavor. "Our meals have the flavor that nature intended," Mark Lew says.
