Multiple car crash on route 20 in West Springfield

WEST SPRINGFIELD (WSHM/AP) -

Police are on the scene of a multiple car crash on route 20 in West Springfield on the Westfield. Route 20 is backed up for miles.

Our CBS 3 crew is on the scene says at least one person was taken to a hospital.
