WMECo is offering four programs this winter that will help keep Massachusetts' residents warm and heating bills down.
WMECo officials say their programs will help make homes more energy efficient.
The programs include, home energy assessment, do-it-yourself energy saving tips, the Mass good neighbor energy fund and the NUstart program.
The home energy assessment allows an authorized contractor to give an energy assessments to homeowners and renters. For more information on this program, contact www.masssave.com.
