Community Field ice skating path opens in Holyoke - CBS 3 Springfield - WSHM

This past summer, the city reopened Community Field, and the renovation was done to allow residents to enjoy the park no matter the season.
Sunday, Holyoke residents got the chance to take part in the grand opening of the park's ice skating path.
Young and old laced up the skates to enjoy the outdoor activity, while others put on snowshoes and went for a hike or opted for some sledding.
Those involved said the day was a great day for the city.
As part of the celebration, there was free cotton candy and hot cocoa, as well as an ice carver.
