Police are investigating an overnight stabbing that has several unanswered questions.
Sgt. Kenneth Murray told CBS 3 that a 24-year-old man from Connecticut was taken to Mercy Medical Center at about 12:30 a.m. by a good Samaritan.
The woman saw the man on the street bleeding and drove him to the hospital.
He suffered a significant cut on his face from his eye to the bottom of his chin.
Murray said the man was highly intoxicated.
He was not able to provide police with what bar he was in or the identity of the person who cut him.
