More than 30 arrested in Ware drug raid

WARE, MA (WSHM) -

More than 30 people were arrested Saturday morning following a drug raid in town.

CBS 3 media partner Mass Live and The Republican reported that the sting, being called Operation Crack Down, was the result of an 18-month Ware Police Department investigation.

Arrests were made following the sale of heroin and prescription drugs to undercover police officers.

Forty individuals were targeted, however some of the suspects have not yet been arrested.
