A driver will not face charges in connection with a fatal bike accident out of Northampton.
Harry Delmolino, 18, of Hadley died from his injuries after being hit by a car on his bike back in May.
He was turning onto Pleasant Street when he collided with a vehicle. He was not wearing a helmet.
An official with the Northwestern District Attorney's Office tells us they have determined that the collision was an unfortunate accident that did not involve criminal negligence.
