Springfield Symphony Orchestra holds holiday concert

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

With just 24 days left until Christmas, what better way to celebrate the season than with a concert?

The Springfield Symphony Orchestra held its "Home for the Follidays" concert Saturday night at Springfield Symphony Hall.

Saturday night's event featured 60 musicians and 100 choir singers.

Forty members of the Children's Choir of Springfield took part, along with six tap-dancing Santas.

Organizers expected more than 2,000 people to attend the concert.
