Man shot after several gunshots fired off of Wilbraham Rd.

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

A man walked into a Mercy Medical Center in Springfield with a gunshot wound on Wednesday night.

Police say they believe the shooting happened around 100 Albemarle St. in Springfield, which is off of Wilbraham Road.

Police got a call for about six shots fired in that area.

The victim's injuries were not life-threatening.

At this time, there is no word on any arrests.
