NORTHAMPTON, MA (WSHM) -
New details have emerged on an animal cruelty investigation out of Northampton. State Police said a Hatfield woman will not face charges due to lack of evidence.
A witness claimed to see Judith Thornton throwing two cats out her window while driving down Route 5 back in August.
Evidence showed no cat hair or any other evidence was found within her car. And furthermore, the witnesses say they never saw the driver's arms extending toward or through the car window.
