Western Massachusetts Electric Company says an underground cable issue is to blame for leaving 450 customers in the dark in Springfield.
The Basketball Hall of Fame, LA Fitness, Springfield Sheraton, and Monarch Place are without power.
National Grid is also having trouble with outages.
According to their outage map a little more than 100 customers are without power in Springfield.
