Monson police have arrested two men in connection with a recent string of burglaries.
Thomas Taylor, 22 and Dylan Gray, 22 both of Wilbraham were arrested at a traffic stop on Sunday. Monson police said the two were leaving the residence they had just broken into on Reimers Road in Monson when they were arrested.
Taylor and Gray were under surveillance by police for several days after being identified as suspects in a number of home burglaries in the area. Police said jewelry and precious metals were taken.
The two are being charged with multiple offenses including breaking and entering for felony, larceny from a building, receiving stolen property, vandalizing a building, malicious destruction over $250 and larceny over $250.
At the time of the arrest Taylor and Gray were out on bail from previous arrests in Holyoke. They are being held on $25,000 bail.
