MSPCA officials say they will not be pressing charges after the deaths of nine dogs in Westfield.
Two weeks ago, Brenda Coggin, owner of Coggin Creek Stables on Granville Road said she found her prize Australian shepherds dead in their kennel.
Following an MSPCA investigation, they found the dogs had died from excessive heat.
Coggin had buried the dogs immediately following their deaths.
MSPCA officials told CBS 3 they found no evidence of animal cruelty.
The MSPCA is closing the investigation and no charges will be filed.
