Elementary school students in Westfield walked for a good cause on Friday afternoon.
They are trying to raise money for Diabetes research.
Two students at Munger Hill School live with the chronic condition.
Their classmates wanted to do something to help.
"What I'm doing can make a difference for kids now and in the future," said fifth grader Natalie Mitchell.
"They're like helping find a cure and they care for me," said Seth Bannish, a student who suffers with Diabetes.
All the proceeds raised by the walk go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
