Driver Will Be Charged With Motor Vehicle Homicide in Death of Teen

The driver in a fatal accident in Ware will be charged with motor vehicle homicide.

20 year old Amanda King plead not guilty to driving under the influence on Friday, and will return to court next week to face charges of motor vehicle homicide.

Police say King was drunk when she ran into a utility pole on Bondsville Road in Ware.

Her passenger, 19 year old Vanessa Kotowski, was electrocuted when she stepped out of the car and onto electrified ground.
