New Playground For Springfield School

Students at Glickman Elementary School in Springfield will soon have a new place to play.

Mayor Sarno, city officials and LA Fitness staff gathered with students to announce a big donation.

LA Fitness is giving the school $25,000 to build a playground. The school currently does not have one and administrators say this is an exciting addition. In addition to the donation, the school raised about $60,000 more.

The ground-breaking for the playground will be May 30th.
