The New Year is here and on the top of many people's resolution list is getting in shape. However, it's not so easy to stick to the fitness program.

On Tuesday, Lori Manseau, a physical therapist and Director of Rehabilitation Services at Wing Memorial Hospital, joined us live via Skype for HouseCalls. She explained that doing exercise that you enjoy, in a place you enjoy will help you keep up your routine. She also said to change up your physical activity, do not just do one type of workout. She suggested doing strength exercise one day and cardiovascular exercise the next.
