Police bust an Asian massage parlor. They say it was giving more than a massage. According to police, at least three women were using the building as a front for prostitution. The Asian Massage on North Elm Street has been shut down but not for prostitution.

Lt. Hipolito Nunez of Westfield Police says, "While there he (an undercover officer) was propositioned for sexual favors for a fee." The undercover investigation stemmed from a tip police received last month and busted the parlor just last week. Nunez says, "There were two women there, one said she was just a cleaning lady."

But these two women were not licensed as massage therapists. That's why the parlor is shut down today. Also, police say the two people who worked at the shop and lived in the apartment upstairs were illegal immigrants. They say the couple came to America 10 years ago as visitors and never returned home. Nunez says, "We took them into custody not on prostitution charges, however, they were brought in due to the fact that I-N-S was looking for them to be detained."

Police confiscated beds, oils, and even a neon sign offering "body rubs." The two that are in police custody maintain, they never knew anything illegal was going on.
