Nurses protest after more layoffs are announced at a Northampton hospital. Officials at Cooley Dickinson hospital said 20 employees will be let go.

The nurses said there was no reason for these job cuts because the hospital made a profit of $8 million.

The hospital said whatever profit they saw in 2009 will be wiped away next year and that is why the cuts are necessary.

The 20 layoffs are widespread. Nurses, Radiologists and other personnel will be given pink slips.
