It's all the gossip in one neighborhood in Monson. A man seen walking the streets at night naked.

Jeannie Guertin admits not a whole lot happens in her quiet neighborhood in Monson, but one Friday night she witnessed something even her friends couldn't believe. "I was driving home and I saw a man walking nude, he had sneakers on and that's it, " describes Guertin.

Monson police started fielding phone calls from concerned residents back in April. They too reported seeing a man strolling the streets, wearing only a Red Sox baseball hat and sneakers. Some thought the man was just a myth.

But it all became a reality, when police caught the man strolling Silver Street in his birthday suit. Bringing relief to residents like Kevin Brown who has small children. "That wouldn't be a good thing for them to witness something like that, " says Brown.

Police arrested 24-year-old Jason Dill for open and gross lewdness and disorderly conduct. Dill, who is a resident of Silver Street, was in court earlier this week where he pleaded innocent. He'll be back in court next month.

It's sad that America is still stigmatizing..nudity on shamefulness and this is 2009!

Wayne, I can clearly see your nuts. If this guy had no clothes on then he wasn't carrying any ID. He was, atleast, a vagrant. He was likely intoxicated. I think he either had a good buzz going or he needs mental help.

school comm member is not going to jail for,i say lock her up the the is the law she broke the law now lock her up.she steals 17,000 and gets nothing no jail time .is that right.maybe i should do that and see if i can get away with it.yea right i would be locked up so fast.wear is the law when u need them

why would any one care if he was walking around nude at night.he did not mess with any one take anything from ppl homes.what law is there saying u can not walk in the nude they have nude camps sites. i say the law has no right to get in this matter .
