Springfield Teen in Mysterious Coma

A Springfield teen is in a coma. This all happened around the Niagara Falls area.
CBS 3 Springfield has learned 19 year old David Shell was vacationing at the Falls last week.
On Wednesday, Shell was found severely injured behind an Ontario mall.
Shell is suffering from collapsed lungs, a cracked skull and a broken back.
This case has police stumped because they say it does not look like he was beaten or hit by a car.
