West Springfield Car Dealership Hit By Gun Fire

A West Springfield car dealership was the location of a drive-by shooting late Monday afternoon.

It happened at the Fathers and Sons Volkswagen dealership on Memorial Avenue.

Witnesses say they saw a maroon car drive down the street and fire several shots with what they say was a semi-automatic gun. Two showroom panes, estimated at $5,000 each were shattered.

No one was hurt, but just feet away, two window washers were working.

Police are investigating this shooting.
