Matthew Campbell is a reporter for CBS 3 Springfield News. He comes from WHDH-TV in Boston, where he was a news writer.

Originally from Honolulu, Matthew made the cross country trek to Massachusetts to attend Emerson College, where he studied broadcast journalism and political science. During his time there, Matthew interned at WFXT-TV, writing and covering local news, and learning from some of Boston's best.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys football, reading about current affairs and New England history, and is always in search of the best sushi.
