Country Music Jamboree
The Pioneer Valley Pickers and Grinners will hold their Country Music Jamboree, Saturday May 24 at the Congregational Church Fellowship Hall 488 College Highway Southwick, MA. The band, East of Nashville will be featured from 7 PM to 8 PM. Each member of the trio is a multi-instrumentalist. The group also features strong lead and harmony vocals with lots of wholesome humor mixed in.
An open mic and jam will follow from 8 PM to 9:30 PM. If you are you a musician or band playing acoustic country, bluegrass or gospel music this is the place for you! You say you don’t play or sing? Well, come show us your best country dance steps or just listen! There is no alcohol, smoking or charge for admission. Donations are encouraged to cover the cost of renting the hall and to cover band expenses. Food and soft drinks will be available at the Nashville Grill at 6 PM. All ages are welcome.
